NICE Guidelines
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE, NG212) recommends that organisations take a proactive approach to mental wellbeing — creating supportive environments, training managers, and offering evidence-informed interventions. Organisations that do so benefit from reduced stress, stronger staff retention, higher engagement, improved productivity, and demonstrate responsibility to stakeholders and corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals.
As of March 2022, NICE guidelines are recommending that employers offer “all of their staff meditation, yoga and mindfulness on an ongoing basis” (1). Furthermore, they encourage employers to “offer mindfulness to those staff at risk of or struggling with their mental health”.

Our signature 6–8 week workplace mindfulness programme puts these principles into action in a structured, high-impact way. Designed as more than a series of sessions, it supports lasting change at both an individual and organisational level. Alongside weekly sessions, participants receive professionally designed guided booklets to support reflection, integration and practical application. The programme can also include optional alignment meetings with senior leaders or line managers, ensuring it is tailored to your organisation’s priorities and helping to embed a shared approach to wellbeing, focus and resilience.
