Peace of Mindfulness

Working with schools - group sessions
(for ages 11 to 18)
If you are a Secondary school in and around Wolverhampton , contact me if you would like your students to learn ways of dealing with exam pressure and the stresses of every day life. As an experienced secondary teacher I am all too aware of the pressure that young people are under. I am able to teach an eight week course as a qualified .b teacher. Parents, let schools know if you would like Mindfulness taught in your child's school.
Each session is an hour long and consists of mindfulness exercises, animations and videos used to explain how the mind likes to 'catastrophise, snowball and ruminate'. As the course progresses students's practice strengthens. There are weekly activities which they can access digitally. (Primary school course to follow from September 2017 onwards)
Working with businesses - group sessions or one-to-one
Mindfulness can help improve concentration, bring clarity and help work flow. If you want to show your employees just how much you care about their well-being but potentially gain increased productivity or creativity along the way, get in touch.
