Peace of Mindfulness

Next retreat 12th May in Newbridge Subscribe below for details
This retreat follows a similar pattern to the one in September. the only difference will be that the talks will have a different focus for anyone who attended the retreat in September in order to avoid repetition of principles covered previously.
The idea is that we develop a community of like minded, kind and compassionate people. The weekend is all about living together and caring for each other so that we re connect with the power of kindness and benefit collectively from the positivity which that generates.
We will have time to chat about our experiences of Mindfulness and discuss ways in which we can develop our practice further and how we might overcome barriers to regular practice.
All those who attend receive a gratitude diary where they can record their thoughts of gratitude as well as keep a record of how their practice is going.
We hope that these retreats will become a regular experience for some but a welcomed change for others. Whatever your intention, you will be welcomed by Pav who will lead the talks and practices and help create a peaceful and calm atmosphere for you to spend your weekend in.
Snacks and water will be provided as well as tea and coffee but evening meals and lunch are not provided.
Remember, breakfast is included on Saturday and Sunday morning.
Enjoy your lovely little getaway!

Accommodation
We will be staying at Towers, Betws-y-Coed, Capel Curig, Conwy LL24 0DR
We will have exclusive use of a building called Anglesey at the Towers centre, There are several dormitory style rooms which vary in size (see details below) . Most rooms have bunk beds which are of course modest, yet clean and warm and all linen is provided, however, if you wish to bring your own pillow or duvet/blanket, you are welcome to do so. At the end of your stay, you will be asked to strip your bed of linen in order to help the staff at Towers.
These two retreats are aimed at reconnecting with nature and with ourselves and to really focus on non material things and thus this is reflected by both the price at only £99 (excluding the meals mentioned above) and the modest nature of the accommodation.
There is a fridge should you wish to store a small amount of food but it is a small one so we request that you only bring food if you have special dietary requirements.
Not included:
